  Terrible customer service. If you are calling to place an order they pick up on first ring. If you are calling to find out where your order is it is a hour wait. I tried to get the order taker to help me with a delivery date and they said they could not. After waiting an hour three different times to be given bad information on the status all three times I cancelled the order and will never ever order again. This was a gift for family member for Easter and was assured when I ordered it that it would deliver prior to Easter. I noticed I could get someone on chat sight. There instructions were to call Monday the day after Easter to see why this isn't ready to ship yet. I will say the Chat Help was able to cancel the order quickly so that tells me they have a lot of experience doing that. I never respond to these reviews but this was so bad I had to share. This survey made me rate one star or I could not post. I didn't even want to do that.
