Facility info

Operations Appointment scheduling: Show up on time or early. Late arrivals hit with $355 late fees. Live load/drop: Live unload only. Lumper service required/mandatory. Check-in: Gate check-in first, then office check-in. Get door assignment or wait for call. Wait times: Highly variable. Reports range from 1 hour to 12+ hours. Some same-day turnarounds, others overnight holds. Early arrivals (1.5-2 hrs) sometimes get prioritized into doors. Lumper fees: $135-$355. Most common $140-$250 range. Fees charged regardless of wait time. Facility experience Overnight parking: Not available. Drivers told to leave and park elsewhere if early, some charged for late arrivals instead. Bathrooms: Not publicly accessible or unclear if available. One report mentions none. Yard/dock conditions: Tight backing situation if trucks parked along fence near docks. Lots of mud, filthy grounds per multiple reports. Dock doors semi-lit. Limited maneuvering space. Staff attitude: Extremely inconsistent. Security guards generally friendly. Receiving/office staff described as rude, condescending, unprofessional by majority. Gate security often praised. Lumpers: mixed—some very helpful, others rude. Unload speed: When it happens, fast (30 min-1 hour). Delays are administrative/scheduling, not dock speed. Paperwork processing: Often slow after unload complete. Reports of 2+ hours waiting for bills/documents. Bottom line Facility moves freight quickly when doors are available, but scheduling and wait times are unpredictable. Receiving personnel problematic. Budget extra time and assume lumper fees $150-$200. Arrive early but expect possible denial if way too early.
