APPOINTMENT & CHECK-IN Appointment times frequently not honored. Early arrivals told to return at scheduled time. Check-in window opens 14:45; cannot check in before then regardless of appointment. Check in at guard shack with driver's license. Wait for phone call with door assignment — can take 4-8+ hours after check-in. Do not break trailer seal before guard inspects it at dock. WAIT TIMES Expect 4-8+ hours from check-in to door assignment. Another 1-7 hours unloading (typically 3-5 hours). Total facility time frequently 8-12+ hours for standard loads. A handful of reports of quick turnarounds (under 2 hours), but these are exceptions. Line of 10+ trucks common. Heavy congestion at night. UNLOADING Slow unloading pace. Lumper fee required (typically $165-330). Pay via text link or app after unloading starts. Paperwork processing adds 1-4 hours after unload completion. Three phone calls: door assignment, lumper fee notice, paperwork ready. PARKING & FACILITY Street parking available on wide shoulders — no overnight parking on property. STAFF & ATMOSPHERE Guard shack staff attitude inconsistent — some friendly and polite, others report eye-rolling, rudeness, and unwillingness to provide status updates. Receiving staff slow. Yard drivers reported speeding without headlights and poor safety practices while drivers backing in. DROP & HOOK 24-hour drop and hook available and reported as easy. SAFETY CONCERNS Poor visibility at dock when backing. Yard operations lack safety standards. Equipment damage reported (load bars run over, trailer position issues). Dock door left open affecting trailer temperature control.
