  My issue is not because my package was initially late; it was the weather and I totally understand. My issue is because every time I called into customer service for updates or confirmations on promises made I was lied to, hung up on, and constantly given the run around. I made 5 calls, 2 calls were made with Amazon representatives and the Amazon Reps were even upset with how the hour + long phone calls and how they were going. I was told that I would be able to schedule a time slot for my delivery but I that turned out to be false, that I would receive an automated call the night before my delivery that never happened, they had my delivery set up as standard and not dulex like I had paid for, and told me that they couldn't fix it till I finally got a manager that magically added some of the services I paid for after telling me they couldn't do anything because it was Amazon's fault. This was the most awful and unprofessional experience I have ever had. Never will I ever want to receive a delivery from this company EVER again. If I could have canceled it I would have.<br><br>However, the guys that actually delivered my package were amazing and should get raises. They were funny, prompt, and polite.

  Amazon outsourced local delivery to XPO. XPO received my package, logged it in their system, and reported that a delivery was scheduled to my house. Unfortunately, XPO never actually called to schedule a delivery, and a delivery was never attempted. The package is now considered “lost”.
