Open Monday 0700 to Saturday 0700 (closed Sundays, holidays). Reports conflict on 24-hour availability—assume 6am earliest for off-hours arrivals. FCFS, no appointment needed. Live load/unload only. Check-in at back of building. For paper rolls, go directly to Dock 1 (front). For other loads, check-in first then proceed to assigned dock. Trailer inspection must be current. Trailer must be clean—swept or washed. Zero tolerance on glass, nails, metal shavings, wood chips, etc. (food-grade product). Facility provides broom and trash can if needed. Loading/unloading typically 10-35 minutes. Red/green light system signals completion. Procedure: slide tandems rear, chock tires, place BOL in trailer, back into dock. When light turns green, close doors and leave. Staff reported as friendly and efficient across multiple reviews. Overnight parking available on side of building. Driver bathroom not available; nearest public option reportedly several miles away. Watch for railroad tracks near entrance and when backing into Dock 1—requires careful maneuvering.
