Facility info

WAIT TIMES Wildly inconsistent. Some drivers in/out in under 2 hours. Others waiting 25+ hours past appointment time for a door. Once in a door, unload/load typically 20-35 minutes. Pattern suggests warehouse prioritizes internal operations over appointment adherence. APPOINTMENTS Appointments poorly honored. Drivers arriving on time or early regularly wait 4-31+ hours for a door. Don't expect priority based on appointment time. Warehouse operates on internal production schedule, not driver schedules. OVERNIGHT PARKING Available in lot across the street from guard shack. Parking area is bare—no facilities, no trash, no food vendors. Nearest truck stop 30+ miles away. Walmart about 1 mile away but risky to disconnect given unpredictable door call times. RESTROOMS Limited. Port-a-potty in gated area near warehouse. Restroom available inside shipping office (between doors 11-12) but requires gate access. Outside lot has no facilities. STAFF ATTITUDE Gate security consistently described as courteous and friendly. Shipping/receiving department draws repeated criticism for poor coordination and lack of communication about wait times or ETAs. CHECK-IN Drive to guard shack at gate entrance. Gate is narrow. Receive door assignment sheet. Provide CDL photocopy. Slide tandems to rear before bumping dock. LOADING/UNLOADING SPECIFICS DHL loads: multiple reports of overweight loads (actual weight higher than listed). Facility loads without accounting for pallet weight. Overweight loads require 40-mile round trip to scale. Require CAT scale ticket—non-negotiable. Raw material loads: expect extended holds while warehouse processes inventory. Bring full reefer and multiple days of food. Sunday reloads: require wash-out receipt from facility 65 miles away before loading. YARD CONDITIONS Tight gate entrance. Limited maneuvering room inside. PAY ATTENTION Load rate must justify potential 20+ hour wait. Multiple drivers reporting this as money-losing proposition unless detention pay is significant.

Last time when I delivered here the guard check was very not friendly but after 4 hours I left him problems, today 06-26 I meet the nice woman at the gate and everything is easy and unloaded about 30 minutes.<br>Good thing they have overnight parking across the street for early morning delivery only bad thing is no restroom.
