Load/Unload speed: Typically 30 minutes to 1.5 hours. Most loads done well within appointment window. Occasionally runs slow — isolated reports of 3-4+ hour waits, but rare. Appointments: Required. Arrive early and you may get a door before appointment time, but don't count on it. Some drivers report being made to wait until scheduled time if arriving significantly early. Check-in: Walk into office (glass building). Turn in paperwork, provide phone number. Staff calls when door is ready. Door light changes red when assigned, green when empty. Overnight parking: Available on-site, limited spaces. Plan accordingly if staying over. Office staff arrive around 7am. Facility condition: Clean. Plenty of room to maneuver and back in, though tight coordination needed when multiple trucks present. No port-a-johns — indoor bathrooms available. Vending machines on site.
