CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT 45 minutes to over an hour standard for either check-in or check-out. Long lines at guard shack. Some reports of 1.5–2+ hours total. Arrive 3 hours early if you want to be on time. Gate staff sometimes slow to acknowledge drivers. APPOINTMENTS Hard to get. Miss them frequently due to wait times. Facility doesn't pay detention. Same-day or next-day loads often get missed because of delays. OPERATIONS Drop and hook available — typically faster than live loads but still slow. Live loads: 6–12 hour waits common. Trailers sometimes pre-loaded and ready (hit or miss). Disconnect and move forward of 5th wheel required at dock. Tandems must be slid back before leaving. Two scale lanes at entrance. Exit scales built into lanes. On-site scale for weights needed for BOL. GATE/PAPERWORK Need CDL for check-in. Guard shack handles everything — this is the bottleneck. Inconsistent: some staff friendly and efficient, others described as slow, disorganized, with attitude problems. Quality of service varies significantly by which guard is working. FACILITY New, large warehouse. Clean. Spacious lot with plenty of maneuvering room. Free showers (bring towel). Free drivers lounge on SE corner. Free coffee in morning. Overnight parking available on-site and across street. Bathrooms available. Yard dogs may tell bobtail drivers to move if parked in wrong spot. OTHER NOTES Facility now operates under ABW/Romark names (formerly XPO Logistics, Prime Inc). Located off Valley View; turn on Market, truck entrance is 2nd drive on right. Some scale weight discrepancies reported — verify load weights before leaving. Keep parking area clean.
