Facility info
WAIT TIMES 4-7+ hours typical, sometimes 8-9 hours. Unloading itself usually 1-2 hours. Paperwork processing is the major bottleneck—can add 2-4+ hours. A few rare exceptions report 45 minutes to 2 hours total. APPOINTMENTS & CHECK-IN Live loads only—don't arrive more than 1 hour early or you'll be sent away. Night deliveries only (no early daytime slots). Appointment times frequently don't hold. Check in at gate, directed to staging area, called back for door assignment, then must walk paperwork to separate office window. Long line-ups on street common, especially during shift changes. YARD & PARKING No overnight parking. Tight backing—limited maneuvering room, multiple door changes reported. Staging area parking on left side of building. Plenty of nearby truck stops 15 minutes away on Route 22. Easy facility to locate/enter from north on Industrial Ave. UNLOADING Capstone lumpers handle work. Lumper fees $100-$400 depending on load size. Unload speed inconsistent—full trailers move faster than partials. Trailers sometimes left with debris/wood inside. PAPERWORK Major pain point. Even after unload is complete, office staff make you wait for text notification before returning. Can wait 2-4+ hours after unloading finishes just for paperwork. Staff tell drivers "we will call you when ready"—don't ask for updates or go ask in person. STAFF ATTITUDE Guards/security consistently described as professional, helpful, friendly, polite. Office/receiving window staff widely reported as rude, dismissive, impatient. Multiple reviews cite specific staff as having poor attitudes. Overall sentiment: guards are solid, office personnel create frustration. FACILITIES Clean bathrooms and vending machines available inside office area. Decent parking space once you're in yard. BOTTOM LINE Plan for minimum 4-6 hours, realistically 6-8. Guards are good. Unloading is fine. Office creates delays and friction. Not driver-friendly on time management. Detention pay difficult to collect.

Terrible place, the wait to get in the facility took 40 minutes. Sitting in the dock over 4 hours for half a trailer. Lumper fee was paid and receipt was sent. But no call. I pull out and see they haven't finished unloading yet. They call with an attitude to tell me they aren't done yet. Avoiding this place from now on.
While , the security guard at the guard shack the evening of July 7 going into the eighth was really nice. There was a lady at the second window that night around 12:26 in the morning after I had already been waiting for two hours and 54 minutes and I went in to ask to see how much longer it might be. The lady at the second window just had a nasty attitude so the weight plus the lady who was at the second window just made this very unpleasant visit which was bad because the security guard started it off so well
