Facility info
OPERATIONS – Appointments given but often disregarded; first-come, first-serve de facto policy – Roll stock (paper) deliveries: live unloads, expect 4-10+ hours wait – Drop and hook loads: faster, typically 1 hour or less if available – Trailer inspection required before unloading; long queue for inspection – Roll stock receiving hours 7am-3pm; limited/no unloading after 3pm unless staff available – Night shift unloading available and reportedly faster (20-30 min possible) – Loads frequently delayed or cancelled due to equipment breakdowns – Receiving/production staff disappear; difficult to reach after 3pm, phone often unanswered – Load readiness estimates unreliable – Two roll stock dock bays; one frequently broken FACILITY EXPERIENCE – Limited overnight parking; tight spaces when available – One portable toilet, described as hot and unsanitary; no proper bathrooms – Narrow truck entrance with railroad tracks; dangerous, congested yard with two-way traffic issues – Facility is small, cramped, in residential area with limited space – Staff attitude mixed: some reviews cite respectful, nice, helpful workers doing their best; others describe laziness and disregard for drivers – Recent equipment upgrades improved efficiency in some areas – Shipping and delivery areas in different locations; confusing layout with poor signage REALITY CHECK – Highly inconsistent experiences; timing varies dramatically (20 minutes to 13+ hours) – Night arrivals reported as significantly faster than daytime – Paper roll deliveries consistently problematic; drop/hook orders more reliable – Detention pay available but not worth the lost time for most drivers – Multiple drivers recommend refusing loads from this facility
Driver reviews
Two stars, only because the staff is nice...

Expect a lonnnnnnnnnng wait... check in process is unorganized, no signs explaining the check in process.

Arrived at 3pm. 20 trucks ahead of me. Assigned a dock at 5pm... docked at 645... loading start at 7pm...

The problem is, that without signs explaining the check in process, the are expecting drivers to communicate amongst each other and for us to have honor...

They need security where the trucks enter to explain how the process works...
