The lady at the desk on driver side I did not get her name. She is the sweetest women in ATL picking up load on 12/20/25 I’m sick as a dog I asked for help she was more then willing thank you so much for showing me some love and helping me out. My dear you put hope and faith back into this world thank you so much aging
Travis

07/30/2026
Look here I see a lot of negativity and negative people. Have you ever heard of saying if you ain’t got nothing nice to say don’t say nothing at all. Same goes with shipping and receiving this place is absolutely by far. The nicest place I’ve ever been to clean restrooms for the drivers to use parking in front of the docs if they need to do their paperwork or get things completed, but the best thing about this place is the staff inside the shipping office they are so nice. I’ve been going through some setbacks with my health. I’ve only been back in a truck for about a month and I bet off since middle of February AnyWho, I just wanna give a big shout out again to the ladies and gentlemen inside the shipping and receiving office here at KNI and I hope your management and upper staff sees this as long as as well as everybody else you guys are truly amazing and the next time I come here, there will be a surprise thank you so much for all that you do and helping and understanding the situation and being so polite and professional you guys truly are a class act. Thank you again.

Big-T
Travis 5 no 10 Star’s ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Just like most of Atlanta logistics a joke. Im amazed how any of these places are still open for business. Osha and the quality of work is overlooked in this city I guess.

Not a customer, but I do want to verbalize to your management that I was driving along I-85 merging onto I-20 West where I was unapologetically cut off by one of your trucks, causing me the need to swiftly turn entirely off the lane into the shoulder. This is not an understatement, this truck would have totaled my car if not for my quick maneuver. This wasn’t a case where I wasn’t paying attention and didn’t let them in either, as this truck merged into the lane either past the point where the striped lines became solid or RIGHT before. After this occurrence, I witnessed this truck make no effort into making space for the merge lane getting onto 1-20 West, trying to cut their way through. This caused nearby cars to either need to slam on their breaks or swiftly veer off to prevent an accident.

This all happened at approximately 1:10 PM on 6/24.

I want to make note that I have never made a Karen-like review, but when it comes to the safety of other people, I do find it concerning when a large truck is driving recklessly.

I provided pictures to help identify the driver in hopes to prevent an inevitable accident in the way they were driving. Thank you for your time.
