Don't arrive before your scheduled time unless you have overnight parking clearance. Check-In & Operations Single line check-in at guard shack. Most get assigned doors quickly (within 15-40 minutes). Live load operation. Pagers provided to alert you when door is ready. Traffic control staff assist with dock assignments. Easy navigation once you understand the entrance (turn left at light near Costco sign after exit 62 on I-285, ignore GPS u-turn instructions). Unload Times Typically 2 hours for dry loads. Some reports of 1-1.5 hours for efficient loads. Appointments after 9am see longer wait times at dock. Load rejections happen for damaged/shifted pallets or temperature issues—facility is strict on load quality. Overnight Parking Limited capacity (approximately 30 trucks). Available only for appointments before 10am if you arrive after 7pm. Not available for later appointments. New entrance has improved overnight parking compared to previous setup. Facility Conditions Staging area is tight but manageable. Portable washrooms are clean and well-maintained. Heavy morning traffic. Don't park along entrance/exit roads—police enforce this. Yard drivers can be aggressive; stay out of their way. Staff & Atmosphere Mixed reviews. Some report friendly, professional staff. Others report rude gate personnel and disorganization with parking assignments. Generally described as efficient despite busy conditions. Parking Lot Issues Some reports of confusing/changing parking instructions. Security is strict about where you can wait. Nearby truck stop charges $15 for brief parking.
