Inconsistent experience—rare smooth runs happen but cannot be relied on. Expect full day commitment minimum.

Never come to this wretched place. I had an appointment at 8:00 AM, but I stood in line for two hours—from 6:20 AM until 8:30 AM—just to get inside. Upon arrival, Security directs you to a specific dock door; you then take your documents to Door 50. At 11:30, the payment for the lamper came through to my phone, and I paid it 369$, It's already 2:30pm and I'm still standing here—nobody is unloading me. First and last time here. Zero stars

Very very very very bad service
Reviews are true. Good feedbacks related to that low % chance of being in and out quickly. We arrived at 6:00 AM for 6:00 AM delivery appt., there was a dozen of trucks ahead of us and none of them moved (as of writing this review for almost 1.5H). Bad experience in general.
