very slow loading....
8 hours waiting to load. When they actually started loading, it took them less than an hour but we got there at 7:30 and pulled out of the guard shack at 3:45 a.m. . We had to wait almost an hour for the yard jockey to bring the damn paperwork. Only ourselves and two other trucks in a door for at least the last 4 hours. They did absolutely nothing even when third shift came on until around 2 a.m. Nothing but pure laziness. Guard at the shack said it has been going steadily downhill for some time.
As a drop and hook this place is not bad other than the occasional 30-45 minutes wait to get to guard shack. But if you have to live load it is maddening. They supposedly have 2 hours past your appointment time to load you but what is truly frustrating is how long it takes from when you are loaded to when you get bills. They rely on yard jockeys to bring them when what should happen is moment they are done someone should check the load then bring bills to driver.
