  If i could give 0 stars, I would<br>Since February, I have repeatedly documented and reported numerous issues with our apartment and the property. Despite months of complaints, many of these problems remain unresolved while management continues to threaten us with eviction over the arrangements they agreed to with creek nation.<br>Some of the concerns include:<br>• A water leak in the celing that I believe was not properly repaired, resulting in a drooping ceiling and concerns about mold.<br>• Soft spots in the flooring that have continued to worsen.<br>• Constant cigarette smoke entering our apartment from neighboring units. My son has asthma, making this especially concerning.<br>• An improperly installed window air conditioning unit, despite the apartment being advertised as having central heat and air and ceiling fans.<br>• Ongoing maintenance issues that have gone unresolved for months including a tub that wouldn't drain the first month of being there.<br>• Overflowing dumpsters and trash throughout the property that remain for extended periods.<br>• Problems receiving our mail because my lease lists my address as 4646, yet my mail is repeatedly marked or changed to 4644, causing delivery problems and issues establishing services like internet.<br>Before I even signed my lease, management agreed to work with the Muscogee (Creek) Nation regarding my housing deposit because I was the victim of dv. After I moved in, I was repeatedly threatened with eviction over that same deposit despite the prior agreement. From the very beginning, I have felt intimidated rather than helped.<br>I have:<br>• Months of photographs and videos.<br>• Text messages and written communications with management.<br>• Maintenance requests dating back to February. Their online system doesnt work and i have proof.<br>• Documentation showing these issues have continued over time.<br>The owners Witchita Property Management are located out of state, and I am concerned that they may not care of t

  Just moved in 3 stars cus of maintenence and remodeling team really doing great job great communication all the way through shopping apartments but once lease is signed and code is given instead of keys to door or even mailbox u nothing back no info on contacting management or maintenence unless u walk around looking fir some one but maintenence is very nice try to accommodate if possible but don't have abilities to go get new deadbolt plus side its decent prize and hot water never runs out con only 2 prices but 9+ layouts so 1 bed efficiency at 300 sq ft is just as much as one at 550sq ft
