  There is absolutely zero professionalism in this company from workers who deliver and install to people who work in their office! We bought Samsung oven and were appointed xpio as delivery service. They rescheduled few times, were 2 hours late, broke our gas pipe, because one of the guys was using too much force while unscrewing. We almost had to call 911!!! Then we had to be on a phone with their customer service that informed us that the claim will take 44-48 hours to process!!! And it’s January 4th! We can’t cook , we can’t even make coffee in the morning! It’s absolutely unbelievable that the company that installs ovens doesn’t process things like that faster and workers didn’t have spare details to fix our pipe right away.

  Absolutely abysmal service. They promised me my IKEA couch would be delivered on Monday. No one came or called to tell me they weren't coming. This happened again on Wednesday and then Thursday, despite me calling every hour to confirm they would come. Now it's Friday, and they can't even tell me where my couch is. I will never again order from a company that uses XPO Logistics.

  Rescheduled twice, lied about the delivery time the recipient chose and tried to charge an extra $40 to deliver again. Nasty people.
