OPERATIONS Appointment scheduling meaningless — expect 3-6 hour waits minimum, some drivers report 9-11 hour delays. Live unload only. Check-in at office behind portable potties (near dock 6). Staff calls you to dock when ready. Lumper service required — payment via phone link. BACKING & DOCK ACCESS Extremely tight. Narrow street frontage with yellow poles in front of frozen receiving doors. Very limited maneuvering room. If you get door 11, you can exit independently. Doors 7-10 = trapped until adjacent trucks leave. Backing staff will guide you, but this is a skill test. Large hoods problematic. Docks face busy street — backing is exposed and challenging. FACILITY EXPERIENCE Staff uniformly described as friendly and helpful, especially with backing guidance. Unloading itself relatively fast once you're at a door (30 minutes to 2 hours typical). Parking extremely limited — overnight street parking available but minimal spots. Portable toilets on-site. No staging area. WAIT TIMES Longest complaint category by far. Early arrivals don't help. Checks in at 6-7am for 8-10am appointments routinely result in 1-3pm dock times. Some 4+ hour street waits before even getting called to dock. Staggered door system causes compounding delays when trucks ahead don't clear. BOTTOM LINE Tight, slow facility. Doable if you're experienced at backing and have schedule flexibility. Avoid if on tight deadline. Stomach the wait or decline the load.
