Appointment critical — bring confirmation number (starts with 7 or 8, five digits). Without it, they won't check you in or unload. Late arrival fees are $308+. Don't arrive early — they enforce appointment times strictly. Show up more than 30 minutes ahead and you'll wait 2+ hours. Loves truck stop is <1 mile away for parking/showers. Drop and hook usually quick — but frequently turns into live load. Check paperwork before leaving; load logs have gone missing. Gate security is a weak point — guards speak broken English, slow check-in line, inconsistent service. Arrive 1–1.5 hours early to clear the line. Wait times highly variable — ranges from 1 hour to 7+ hours. No pattern to appointments being honored; office staff often don't know ETAs. No overnight parking — Loves or Petro nearby for rest/facilities. Bathrooms and vending available — facility is clean. Office staff inconsistent — some very friendly, others dismissive or rude. Receiving/S&R can be unprofessional or hostile. Reefer must be spotless — dirty unit gets sent to wash; you'll miss your appointment and face $361 fee. Load locks disappear — don't expect to find them in empty trailers.

Easy drop and hook however customer service at the shipping and receiving office is garbage. The bigger lady at the counter is rude as hell. Plus unless you are a live unload and have load locks you will not get them back. Don’t count on finding any in the empty trailers either because they steals them for themselves. I will never deliver here again due to the ridiculous attitude of the bigger lady at the shipping and receiving office 👎🏾. I would have gave 1 star but the gate guard was great and the easy drop and hook upheld them standards.
Don’t pickup load from BMM Logistics They will waste your day and won’t pay you They don’t confirm appointment and send you without by saying it’s confirmed
Was able to pull to the gate and get in early. A short wait to get unloaded receiving staff was efficient and friendly
Edit: 4 years later i've returned, showed up at 0100 for a 0200 appointment, went back to sleep as soon as I was checked in and idk what time the light turned green but I was called to come pick up my paperwork at 0400! --- Excellent delivery experience! 11am appointment. I showed up at 9am, unload started at 1000, out at 1115
