  Costco is the INDUSTRY LEADER with live load/unloads. I have always been in and out within 2 hours. You MUST be on time for your appointment. One hour before is fine, but if you are over 15 minutes late they will send you away and tell you to reschedule. Very strict because they stick to their schedule and won’t allow drivers to disrupt it. Check in at gate and you get an old school pager. Park in holding lot for no more than an hour before pager buzzes and sends you to your dock. Red light turns to green quickly and you vamos out of there with open empty trailer for gate camera to see on way out. Paperwork is computerized and given back to you at the gate. Ideal and efficient live experience! Every other Costco DC or retail location provides the same excellent experience.
