Fast unloading, bills take a bit but hour and half and out before appointment time
A lot of these reviews are based off of when this place was located off N Broadway and was much tighter. THIS IS A NEW FACILITY OFF SPRINGDALE AVE, It will not show up on Google Maps satellite (as of writing). Very simple, just turn east on Springdale and follow to the end. Use the doorbell to contact their office, there is no guard at the shack. I've seen a few trucks parked out front, but parking is very limited.
Drivers, stay away from this place.<br><br>I had a delivery appointment scheduled for 7:00 AM. It's now 3:00 PM, and I'm still sitting at their dock waiting to be unloaded.<br><br>I've gone inside three different times to ask for an update, and each time I was told, "You'll be out of here in 10 minutes." Hours later, I'm still waiting.<br><br>This is one of the worst companies I've ever delivered to. Extremely disrespectful of drivers time.
