I arrived here at 6:30 AM. Receiving starts at 7 AM and goes until 4 PM, with a lunch break in between. They gave me dock door 6 or 7 right away. The space is very open, and it looks like you can come here and sleep overnight.<br><br>The staff is very polite — they gave me attention immediately and assigned me a dock door. They even signed my paperwork before unloading, which was impressive.<br><br>Now I’m waiting to get unloaded. I think they’ll unload me within 30 minutes. 5 stars.<br><br>Receiving hours are from 7 AM to 4 PM, Monday through Saturday, but on Saturdays they may not work depending on the workload, so keep that in mind, drivers. Receiving is closed on Sundays
Very unprofessional experience. The workers do not seem to care about customers at all. I was visibly knocking and trying to get help, and employees walked right past me like I wasn’t there. If you don’t actively hunt someone down, you’ll be waiting for hours with no assistance. Customer service is basically nonexistent, and the lack of urgency or professionalism is frustrating. Definitely needs serious improvement.
