Facility info
OPERATIONS Appointment required; call ahead or risk being turned away Drop and hook only—no live loads despite what some expect Check-in process inconsistent: sometimes at guard shack, sometimes sent to nearby truck stop (Loves/Flying J) to wait for call before proceeding Wait times highly variable: 20 minutes to 12+ hours reported; no clear pattern Load times when dock available: 1-1.5 hours typical for full loads, but unloading can stretch 8-12 hours Slide tandems at guard shack New facility with new roads—don't rely solely on GPS; truck stops within 1 mile (Loves, Flying J, Speedway) FACILITY EXPERIENCE No overnight parking—use nearby truck stops Restroom availability unclear/inconsistent reporting Guard shack staff: mixed reviews—some report helpful and professional, others report rude, slow, unprofessional, and unresponsive to phone calls Office/check-in staff: similarly polarized—some very friendly and efficient, others described as slow, dismissive, and hard to reach Yard conditions described as "not terrible" to acceptable Security check delays noted Loading dock pace ranges from excellent to problematic depending on facility status that day One report of load shipped 4,000 lbs over GVW with no correction possible NOTE: Facility performance appears highly inconsistent shift-to-shift or day-to-day. Success may depend on which staff members are working.
Driver reviews
Absolute horrible place to pick up from the young lady in the guard shack with the gauges she needs gone. She has nothing much trouble. The Bald driver who drives the Mack truck who works for laser spot. He needs to learn how to talk to people the other yard driver really needs to realize the girl with the gauges is never going to let him get with her in today to make a pick up was told that I had to drop my trailer. I have a rental trailer like most rental companies. They do not want you to drop their equipment without consent. It is in the rental agreement that you are not gonna let the trailer out of your site unless it is dropped and authorized facility and or the rental company itself I told the young lady at the guard shack that I would have to get permission to do so she said well it’s required. It’s our policy. I told her it’s also our policy to get permission first I told her I would either drop the trailer or I would come back to the gate with the trailer because they won’t let me drop it. She said OK I then continued to run back where the gentleman in the yard truck talk to me for about four minutes. I explained to him the process that I have to go through in order to drop the trailer and he told me where to park it and she go inside and talk to somebody. There was nobody inside by the time that all that was set and done. I had my answer on whether or not I could drop the trailer. I was told that I could drop the trailer as long as I took pictures prior to dropping it. The yard driver kind of got upset with me because I wanted to take pictures of my trailer at that point I told him I just had to take a couple of pictures and I will be out of your hair. He said OK that was the last I heard of anything until the broker contacted me claiming that I was being rude and argumentative about driving the trailer so I did what any driver would do. I called and asked she thought I was DISPATCH. She told them that I was being very rude very argumentative with her yar

I don't care what the reason is bobtailing out of the property for a live unload is a waste of driver clock and Fuel and honestly should be frowned upon
