Facility info
Appointments: Early arrivals (3+ hours before scheduled time) may get assigned to door early, but unloading typically won't start until appointment time. Can check in as early as 5am. Check-in: Office located by door 26. Process is straightforward—park in open spot, check in, receive door assignment. Break seal, slide tandems, chock wheels. Unload times: Highly variable and unpredictable. Range from 20 minutes to 7+ hours. Facility posts a 3-hour hold window and frequently uses the full time. Most common experience: 3-4 hours. Frozen/full loads sometimes faster. LTL loads often slower. Wait times frequently exceed appointment time by hours. Paperwork: Separate delay after unload complete. Getting BOL can add 30 minutes to 2+ hours beyond unload finish time. Lumper fees: Consistently high and escalating. $300-$1,000+ reported. Examples: $235-$245 for 2 pallets (222 cases); $315 for 6 pallets; $425-$510 for partial loads; $1,000 for 12 pallets mustard. "Convenience fee" $10 per payment. Base fee structure in place even for light loads. Receiving staff: Mixed reports. Some describe receiving clerk as friendly, nice, efficient, and willing to check in early. Others report rude, unprofessional, dismissive attitudes from certain staff members. Overnight parking: Limited on-site (approximately 10-20 spots). Additional street parking available but described as messy. Off-site options exist (Bally's casino ~1 mile away). Bathrooms: On-site restrooms available (some reports indicate they were previously blocked by barriers but that has been removed). Conditions variable—described as both clean and poorly maintained. Portable toilet also available but reported as infrequently serviced. Sink available but no soap reported. Facility: Plenty of maneuvering room. Drop and hook option available for some carriers (unload times ~2 hours for empty). Overall: Expect significant wait times regardless of load size. Lumper fees

Absolutely the slackest and slowest lumpers I've ever encountered. Took them two hours to unload two pallets and another three hours to process my lumper fee and give me my BOL. Whatever they are making it's to much. The receiving office is also just as slack. Unless you have a lot of time and money to waste you should probability avoid this place.
Super nice lady inside , showed up at 9:30am for a noon appointment. Got a door right away , 12:30 out and gone . Google maps takes you right there . 280 to 92 . Good luck drivers , 👍 you'll be back on the road making 💰 🤑 💸 💲
very bad company.. first time and last time
It went great, I was lucky, from check-in to check-out 2 hours
Terrible. Worst PFG I’ve ever visited. 9 am appointment and didn’t even start unloading me until after 1 pm. After I was empty the office was empty for an hour and didn’t get my bills until 2:30 pm. Then go to leave and they took my load locks. So after all the bs I didn’t get out of there until 3 pm
