Facility info
Overnight parking available — frequently mentioned as major plus. Can check in early without penalty. Friendly, helpful security staff at gate. Bathrooms at guard shack. Unloading typically fast — 15 minutes to 1 hour once docked. Lumper fees paid via phone link. Can sleep on property after unloading. Paperwork processing is chronic bottleneck — 2 to 7+ hours wait. Facility calls you when ready; retrieve at guard shack before leaving. Multiple reports of 3–4 hour waits for small loads (2–5 pallets). Dock lighting poor in some areas — hazardous at night. Spots 50+ and back half of lot are dark; use spotlight. Large staging/parking lot with room to maneuver, though can get congested. Appointments honored but staggered release creates chaotic staging. Can arrive up to 1 hour early. 100+ trucks released simultaneously to staging area creates dangerous congestion. Communication on process varies; read posted signs at guard shack on first visit. Staff attitude mixed — security polite and professional, warehouse staff inconsistent. Some reports of rudeness. Lumper fee must be paid or paperwork won't process.
Driver reviews
I would like to update my previous review. After learning more about the situation, I realized it was a misunderstanding. The staff were professional, and I appreciate their efforts. Thank you for your service, and I wish your team all the best.
Excellent experience here all the time I come here is better
Another spot where you get in the door pay the lumper, get unloaded and have to wait just for your bills. I asked twice about my bills and they told me to wait on their call. The third time I came there the door was locked, so I went to the Security guard in the front and what do I see????? My BoLs while he's playing on his phone. He apologizes that no called while I just grabbed my BOLs . I don't understand why facilities like these are so difficult for the unloading process. I was late to my next load because of this foolishness
