I don't know what everyone else is doing here but the staff is great. I was scheduled for 19:00 I called the appointment line option 4 and they told me they could have got me earlier if i had called or emailed wish i knew that .But I wasn't mad at all I arrived at 17:30 thats when 2nd shift starts at 18:00. Came and checked lady was nice an polite it was simple and self explanatory on the paper at check-in ( back in and tandems to the back and don't open doors)and was given a door right away. Not sure what other drivers are doing but this location isn't like described. No over night parking unless you ask (the inside staff not guard at check-in),like short on hours I'm guessing not sure.
I've never not checked in and got a door immediately. Always unloaded and leaving before appointment time.
