Facility info
Operations Appointment scheduling strictly enforced — arriving early won't get you loaded early. Live load operation. Check-in to dock times range widely: 40 minutes to 5+ hours depending on circumstances. Heavy loads, some requiring weight redistribution. Trailer cleanliness is strict requirement — dirty or rejected trailers won't be loaded. Paperwork completed at dock. Facility experience Ample parking and dock space with good maneuvering room. Staff attitude inconsistent across reviews — ranges from excellent and willing to go extra mile to poor customer service and unhelpful. Loading speed highly variable: some report fast turnarounds (35-40 minutes), others report 3-5 hour waits. One review mentions no restroom availability. Facility described as large wholesale distribution warehouse. Bottom line This facility has the equipment and space to move loads quickly when things run smoothly, and some staff members excel at their work. However, expect variable service quality and loading times. Arrive clean, respect appointment times, and be prepared for potential delays.
