Operations Appointments required and strongly recommended — don't show up early Drop-and-hook operation Check-in: Call intercom at gate or use CB radio on passenger side, provide pickup number Load times: Highly variable — ranges from under 30 minutes to 3+ hours; some early pulls available Production delays occasionally cause longer waits, but staff works around it Pre-cool trailers required (at least to 34°F for some loads); bring load locks/straps No on-site scale — tanker loads need to scale at truck stop Tight height clearance — tall stacks won't fit under rack Facility Experience Extremely tight yard and backing area — difficult even for experienced drivers Parking is cramped; squeeze in next to other trucks if needed Very limited or no overnight parking/rest area if you run out of hours No scale on property Staff consistently described as friendly, helpful, nice — willing to work with you Facility management is strict about scheduling due to space constraints One of the better shippers overall despite logistical challenges Yard dog will handle trailer disconnect/positioning Real talk: This is a small operation that moves product quickly with genuinely good people, but the tight footprint means logistics can be unpredictable. Respect their appointment system and don't show up early. Budget extra time and come prepared to sit in the sleeper if needed.

The only reason they lost one star is because the property is so severely tight. That being said -do not come before your appointment! Their system here is so specific and so severe because it is so small even a single truck that does not belong here will make everything so much worse. Get to the gate on the passenger side there's a small CB radio that's how you let them know you're here. You need your pick-up number that begins with 077 usually. At that point you come in and they will come to your truck to give you instructions. When it's time to load you disconnect and they will put your trailer in a door you do not have to do it yourself. Make sure you have straps or load locks in the trailer. I had to be pre- cool to 34 I don't know if that's the same for everybody. I will update my load time etc if I remember I just wanted to make sure I got this part.
