  This place is horrible. AVOID if you can. Unpredictable wait times up to 12 hours. They kick you off their property if they’re not ready to load you during your appointment time, then hassle you about detention pay because you left the property! They refuse to sign BOLs with arrival/departure times. Good luck collecting detention pay from this place. Sometimes you get lucky and are in and out within 2 hours, but don’t count on it. Workers don’t care if you wait. Docks are frequently shut down due to equipment failure, workers not showing up or whatever else reasons. Usually my company has to pay drivers detention out of the company’s pocket after the driver begs for or demands it. Terrible business.
