Facility info

Appointment scheduling Strict on appointment times — arrive too early and you'll be turned away to wait on street with no legal parking. Expect 30-minute window before appointment or plan to park elsewhere. Can't reschedule yourself if running late; facility must do it — expect delays rescheduling to next available slot. Check-in process Guard shack bottleneck. Often only one guard working. Can take 30 minutes to an hour just to get checked in. Tight maneuvering space at entrance — back in slowly. Unloading Live unload via Capstone Logistics lumpers. Wildly inconsistent — anywhere from 45 minutes to 8+ hours depending on load complexity and crew. Most typical reports: 3-5 hours. Lumper fees: $125–$470 depending on load size. Receivers sometimes slow, disorganized, or taking extended breaks. Some drivers report unloading finished quickly but paperwork delayed hours after. Paperwork Major complaint across reviews. Unloading time ≠ departure time. Expect 2-4+ hour gap between finishing unload and getting BOL. Staff sometimes holds paperwork or fails to notify driver when done. Overnight parking None at facility. Closest options: BP gas station 2 miles away ($10), KwikTrip (limited spots, fills quickly, $10), Love's 25 miles away. Howard St has legal parking 7pm–5am (north side). Elizabeth St and McLane Blvd have no-parking enforcement. Facility layout Turn on Elizabeth St from US 27 (between Amoco and Montgomery dealer) — don't trust GPS. Tight backing area. Back down to assigned door. Place bills in mailbox. Lumper sends fee via text. Bathrooms No indoor facilities. Porta-potty outside, often dirty/unmaintained, no lighting at night. Staff attitude Highly variable. Some guards described as friendly and professional. Others reported as rude, unprofessional, on phones/TikTok during shifts, and dismissive when drivers call for status updates. Unloading crew sometimes observed standing around smoking instead of working. Safety/lot conditions

If I could give 0 Stars I would. This place is horrible. They are quick to unload but take forever to bring you your paperwork. The lumper fees here are outrageous! They don't care about the driver's time at all 😡
