Appointment scheduling required. Gate opens 5:15 AM, latest receiving 1:00 PM. Don't show up more than 30 minutes early—no staging area on property. Unload only (live unload). Check in with guard, place paperwork in back of trailer, wait for door assignment. Green light signals completion. Wait times are brutal and unpredictable. Ranges from 45 minutes to 7+ hours for unload. Many reports of 3–5 hour delays; small loads (3–26 pallets) often take 3–4 hours. Lumper fee: $160. No driver lounge. Portable restrooms only (or port-a-john at end of docks). No overnight parking. Closest option: Trexler Travel Plaza. Tight backing conditions. Trailers parked in front of docks, construction ongoing. Use 2nd entrance on Willowbrook (marked "800"), not main office entrance. GPS will fail. Use ground directions: US-22 to PA-987 North → E Race St (left) → Willowbrook Rd (right). Ignore truck detour signs. Guard and security staff are friendly. Check-in takes ~5 minutes per truck. Guard will provide door assignment immediately upon arrival or direct you to staging while they call with a door number.

important-take22 to 987- Race st. - Willowbrook- my (truck) gps had me instead going instead thru residential areas with no-truck signs!
3 hrs for 3 pallets… unacceptable!!!
Security takes around 5 minutes plus per truck to check in before letting you in. No overnight parking on sight. I found parking 1.8 mi away but won't tell you where. You can call your state representatives and ask them to provide you with parking.
