OPERATIONS Appointments required but scheduling heavily overbooked, especially 6am slots Guard shack checks you in, assigns door, you park Receiving office (near door 25-26) handles formal check-in — get there early if possible Leave paperwork in back of trailer before backing to dock Lumper fees charged and paid online — typically $267-$446 Unloading speed highly variable: 20 minutes to 8+ hours reported Staff counts/sorts loads, which triggers additional lumper charges Some reports of security giving incorrect door assignments — receiving office will reassign FACILITY EXPERIENCE Overnight parking available in staging area — tight spacing reported Porta potties/Johns provided (noted as very cold in winter, functional with hand wash stations) Guard shack staff: generally friendly and helpful Receiving office staff: mixed — some very professional and accommodating, some reported as rude Unloading crew speed inconsistent — some fast turnarounds, many 4-7 hour delays Yard is spacious with ample backing room Safety vest enforcement strictly observed Staff take lunch breaks mid-shift; operations pause during meetings Paperwork delays common — sometimes 1.5+ hours after unload complete WHAT TO EXPECT Plan for 2-8 hours total, but assume closer to 4-5 hours Show up early and walk to receiving office if you want dock priority Don't rely on appointment time — FCFS appears to override schedule Bring cash/payment method for lumper fee — non-negotiable Check-in window starts 6am; office opens 8am if you arrive earlier Load type affects speed (produce/lighter loads faster than frozen/heavy)

I arrived for unloading at 7 AM for my 8 AM appointment. They didn’t give me a door and said they only have one door for food products. I walked around the yard and there were about 30 trucks waiting at doors, and I didn’t even notice anyone actually being unloaded. Like usual at US Foods, it’s a complete mess and there’s zero responsibility. What really concerns me is this: do you guys actually understand the meaning of the word “appointment”? You charge drivers for being late, so why don’t you pay detention when the delay is your fault? That would only be logical.
Receiver are nice Fast, my appointment is 8:00 am check in at 7:00 am and 8:30 am done Overnight parking available.
lumper service doesnt consider driver's times. after you get a dock you can go to sleep. after you wake up you will find out that they still arent done. came in with five pallets, closing in on seven hours here and still not empty. insane how Capstone employees milk their clock and continue to get away with it. do your best to stay away from here
Good experience, appointment at 9AM, I did a check-in earlier at 7AM and done with paperwork at 9:30AM. They have overnight parking
In Out in 1:30 minutes
