Very disappointed with this facility. I had an appointment scheduled for 7:30 AM, and now it’s almost 1 PM. I’ve already been waiting nearly three hours just for my paperwork after unloading. What exactly are we paying lumper fees for? Drivers are expected to sit here for 5–6 hours, and when you ask how much longer it will take, no one gives you a straight answer. All you hear is “just wait, we’ll call you.” This kind of service is completely unacceptable. There is no communication, no respect for drivers’ time, and no sense of urgency. We have schedules to keep, and delays like this affect everything. I honestly don’t understand how long drivers are supposed to wait without any updates. This place seriously needs to improve their organization and communication. Would not recommend delivering here unless you’re prepared to waste half your day.

Guards at guard shack are polite and helpful. Park and scan code on fence to check in. Wait for text with door assignment. Then go to assigned for. Door 30-121, check in at Door #43. 182-237 check in at door #239. 241-292, check in door 276. Arrived 0745. Got 0815. Appt 0800. Unloaded 0915. Paid lumper 0930. Waiting another 3 hrs for paperwork. Checked out 1230.
Every Albertsons warehouse is usually the same. I was worried about my wait time judging from the other reviews but honestly jt wasn’t all that bad tbh. Appt was at 5am, arrived at 4am, got checked in and got a door immediately. I will say they don’t tell you to come to first guard shack after parking to the right. You park then check in with your phone with the QR code then go to the guard shack at the entrance to get a gate pass. Afterwards you get a door then go to the second guard shack that corresponds with your door and hand in the paperwork and gate pass. You will have to wait until you get a text about a lumper. Pay that then you will eventually get your paperwork. Took me about a little over a hour to get my paperwork. Left around 6:35am so overall wasn’t too bad of an experience. Some of the workers just seem so dead on the inside tho haha
