Facility info

Appointments: Required. Early arrival acceptable but gate/receiving may enforce strict policies on temporary documentation (physical DL only, no photos or temp licenses). Check-in: Left lane for check-in. Security will request CDL and lumper/paperwork info. Early arrivals sometimes get doors quickly, sometimes face delays. Unloading: Live unload only. Lumper service mandatory. Unload times highly variable — anywhere from 25 minutes to 7+ hours. Typically 3-4 hours reported. Lumper fees $64–$310 depending on load. Paperwork: Major bottleneck. Often takes 2-6 hours after unload completes. Some reports suggest paperwork sent offshore for approval. This is the primary pain point at this facility. Wait times: Total facility time commonly 4-8 hours. Best-case scenarios (2 hours in/out) exist but inconsistent. Plan for extended stays. Parking: None on-site. Nearby option: 4100 Bonita Pl, Fullerton, CA 92835 (~0.3 mile away). Bathrooms: Not mentioned in reviews. Staff attitude: Mixed. Security generally professional and friendly. Receiving/office staff inconsistent — some helpful and efficient, others reported as rude, dismissive, slow, unprofessional. Reception quality varies by shift and individual. Yard conditions: Spacious, easy to maneuver. Other: Strict seal/cable policies — some staff require drivers to cut their own with minimal support. Check office hours before arrival (office hours can be unpredictable). Not recommended if you have tight scheduling windows.

Horrible place I don’t know what is the point of appointment if you got to wait for 02-08 hours C o z once you dock then they start making space and start working on unloading preparations. Anyway giving 1 star or no doesn’t make difference to them so it is wt it is. Great management Even they put the sign board saying be prepare to wait for 02-08 hrs😂😂😂😂😂 Advertisement for their managing capabilities So wait , wait and wait

This facility is essentially a Brea police trap targeting truck drivers. Although the signs indicate it’s a designated truck route and trucking GPS systems show the streets as approved for travel, drivers are still being stopped and cited by local police for allegedly using non-truck routes. It appears to be more about generating revenue than legitimate enforcement.
