APPOINTMENT SCHEDULING Appointment required—facility won't take walk-ins. Confirm appointment time directly with facility (not just broker)—multiple drivers reported broker/facility communication failures causing reschedules and missed appointments. Receiving opens 3-4 a.m. weekdays, 5 a.m. weekends. Some reports of late fees. CHECK-IN PROCEDURE Park on street (Orbiter St side). Walk to black gate under blue stairs or shipping/receiving office. Drop paperwork in box with phone number and photo of truck/trailer plates, DOT#, and CARB# (5-digit number on front of trailer). Ring bell. Staff will call when dock door assigned. Do not enter property with truck—creates backup for those trying to dock. UNLOADING Live unload with lumpers. Unloading speed varies widely—reports range from 30-45 minutes to 4-5+ hours. Most reports 2-4 hours. Generally fast once you get a door. Own staff unload some loads (not charged for lumper in those cases). Lumper fees: $140-$400 depending on load size and day. Lumpers take checks only, no electronic payment. Set reefer to -20 (facility enforces this—-10 or -14 will result in late fees). YARD/PARKING No parking on property. Street parking on Orbiter St—2-hour limit posted but drivers report overnight parking without issue when parked inconspicuously. Some parking tickets issued ($160). Small, tight lot for backing—stay patient, facility staff may help. Limited maneuvering room due to stacked empty pallets taking up space. FACILITY CONDITIONS Porta potty available but reported as dirty/filled. Tight entrance/backing area but manageable.
