Really bad location for pick up loads. Carrier, if you book the load from there - please cancel it. 1. Brokers lie about pick time, so they can hold you on it and do not leave a choice; 2. Shipper is too slow, and he doesn't care about drivers at all. You can wait for paperwork and seal for 30 min and more. Our experience: booked as pick up from 2pm till 8pm. Checked in before 2 pm - Shipper told appointment for 6.30pm. Broker told that they handed it and truck will be loaded before 5pm. Now 9:40pm - truck is still there. Shipper and Broker did not answer our calls. So, please do not drive load from this facility - it is not cost you health.
Always 30 min just to check in long wait to get loaded expect to be here 4-6h

This is for the Safety Department! If you have drivers sign a document stating they must "slide tandems back, lower legs and unhook from trailer" Why do you not follow it? I personally hate this safety rule because people will and do go between tractor and trailer and people have been killed this way. Why do you load trailers if your Safety Procedure isn't being followed? I would recommend Management take a hard look at their procedures and follow their own rules. PS bring your Driver's License in with you.
I had an appointment 10:30am and was done by 12:15pm.
