This place is a joke!! Jared, Garrett, nor Allen wont return my calls. They’ll spread gossip about you as well. I’ve heard the same story from multiple sources.
5pm appointment and its now 8:24 am the next day. U decide if u want to take a load from these people.
I've picked up chicken from many other farms, this one is by far the best one. Appt 5pm, called me at 5:40. Once I made down here it was pretty quick, out at 7:32 with paperwork. AND Every single person I've encountered where very polite and nice. Thank you for a good experience 🙏 Heather in the gaurd shack is awesome and polite!
Very nice lady at the security check-in building. Because this is a poultry facility, federal regulations are strict, so expect a fair amount of paperwork. Plan to spend about 15 minutes in the security office. If they don’t take you right away, they’ll send you to a nearby truck stop and call you when your door is ready: • Pilot: 6.3 miles • TA: 5.3 miles • Love’s: 6.6 miles The entrance is down a pothole-filled alley, and it’s a tight squeeze making the left turn followed by a right into the first entrance (Gate 4 – Shipping). It’s doable with a 53’ trailer, just take it slow. Do not expect this to be a quick in-and-out. This is a drop-and-wait type of load. It’s best to plan your 10-hour break or another long break around this pickup. As long as you know ahead of time that loading here can take a while, you can plan accordingly and avoid frustration.
