Dame à l'accueil très sympathique, les indications sont clair sinon ils vous guideront, faut juste que la remorque soit bien propre donc passer 2 voir 3 coup de balais, ma remorque a été accepté dans l'état quelle est sur les photos, vous pouvez aussi y passer la nuit, la réception et expédition ouvre vers 6h30 am, la fermeture je l'ignore
Guys, avoid this place if you value your time and paycheck. First, they claimed the trailer had metal shavings. Then they said it had holes. Mind you, this is a trailer I personally rebuilt after a rollover. I carry sealant, trailer repair tape, spare lights, and other repair supplies in my truck. I even have a toolbox mounted behind my cab specifically so I can handle issues on the road. Since they said there were holes and metal shavings, I took the trailer to get washed out, cleaned it thoroughly, opened all the vents, and drove for about 30 minutes with the doors and vents open. When I came back, they suddenly claimed the trailer still had a bad smell. At that point, it sounds like one of two things: either they didn’t have the product ready, or they were looking for another reason not to load the trailer. What’s funny is that this same trailer recently hauled food products throughout Florida, South Carolina, North Carolina, and Georgia with no issues at all. Apparently a vented trailer is acceptable for food products, but suddenly it’s not acceptable for nuts in the shell. The explanations just don’t add up. I’ve wasted time, fuel, and money dealing with this. This facility is officially blacklisted on my list, and I won’t be coming back.
Personas muy amables , entras y giras ala izquierda hasta encontrar una báscula y la oficina subes ala báscula y te bajar para que te den indicaciones ahí ellos te dicen con indicación en un papel en español lo que tienes que hacer bajas de la pesa y giras ala izquierda hasta encontrar las puertas de carga y en cualquiera que esté desocupada te van a cargar ya listo regresas a pesar y ahí te darán papeles en la misma oficina
They are awesome! Yes, you need your trailer clean and dry and I don’t have any issue with it. It’s important for this kind of load to not be spoiled by any odor or humidity. And plus, respect your customers!!! You should have your trailer clean for every load. Just saying! Load fast
