Facility info

24/7 pickup and delivery operations — in and out quickly for empty trailer pulls GPS routing issue — facility entrance is on Great Dane Ln, NOT Technology Dr W. Update your GPS before arriving or you'll miss it Overnight parking allowed in yard — confirmed by multiple drivers No appointment required mentioned — appears to be walk-up friendly Unload/delivery times — mostly under 1 hour when organized, but one driver reported 3 hours searching for correct trailer Staff quality inconsistent — mix of very friendly, helpful personnel and isolated reports of rude security staff; management credibility questioned by some Check-in procedure — guard shack handles overnight approvals and morning dock assignments Safety standards — described as safe unloading operations Bottom line: Facility runs smoothly most visits with quick turnarounds and overnight parking. Get the entrance directions right. Staff attitude varies but generally positive; isolated management concerns shouldn't deter use.
