Appointment required—arrive on time or risk being turned away/rescheduled next day. Strict about scheduling. Live unload only. Lumper fees mandatory, consistently $300–$600+. Capstone handles unloading. Wait times brutal: 4–10+ hours common. Some in-and-out under 2 hours if timing/load luck out, but don't count on it. No overnight parking on property. Guard may direct you to nearby lot 30 minutes away on I-95 or shoulder parking (limited spots). Bathrooms available but sometimes closed to drivers. Vending machines at some times. Staff attitude mixed—guard shack occasionally friendly, office staff ranges from helpful to rude/dismissive. Management indifferent to driver time.

Начитавшись отзывов, ожидал худшего. Аппоинтмент был на 7:30 вечера. Приехал в 7, сразу дали док. Выгружать начали в 8:20 (8 паллет), прислали ссылку на оплату лампер фи в 8:50. Оплатил сразу, сообщение о том, что документы готовы пришло в 9:45. В целом - обычная выгрузка. Разве что лампер в 275 долларов за 8 паллет - многовато, с моей точки зрения.
Note: All you read on the comments is true and am adding mine... I'm a return trucker to this place, and i hope this will be the last. I came with 8 skids 7pm appointment, tried to check in at 1pm but was turned away and asked to return at 5pm. Came at 4:30pm, checked in and got a door alittle past 5pm. They started unloading at 6:15pm then Capstone sent a text for lumper payment at 7:48pm. Lumper was paid immediately. At 8:48pm, I still had a red light so I decided to invent this post. The pace of a turtle and chameleon combined beats these guys. Whatever they do inside is a marvel that needs to be studied by scientists. Only come here with the patience bigger the size of your truck... Bathroom inside the receiving office! No overnight parking so you must unceremoniously leave once done unloading! Peace be unto you trakas even with all the squeezing, the scorching, and high diesel prices, and... Paperwork came through at 9pm,,,byeee
