It's always a 4 hour experience to check in. They'd rather listen to music or do anything other than their job. If you're not first in line you're going to be waiting. And even if you ARE first in line you can still be waiting over an hour for literally anyone to acknowledge you exist while they share Facebook shorts to each other behind the glass. Average wait time for check in is 30 minutes per person in front of you so I hope you brought your phone or a book to read while waiting in a tiny, stuffy room with 20 other people.
I have never encountered a worse place. Stay away from this place.

Great place just have to have patience they unload 2hrs or less . Receiving office is great! Very nice! Thank you guys
They do not have overnight parking. The earliest you are supposed to arrive is 2330. Check in starts at 0000. There were 4 people ahead of me and it only took about 2 minutes per person to check in. I was given a door immediately. I was unloaded and out of there within an hour. I took a star away because I only had 2 partial pallets, that were stacked, which equalled what 1 full pallet would be and the lumper fee was still $188.70. Seems really excessive for such a small load. Update 03/31/2026 This morning was a much different experience than the first time. My appointment was 0200. I arrived at 0030 and was in line to check in until 0150. The speed of the line would pick up and then it would be like 15 minutes with them not checking anyone in while we all stood there waiting. They were still checking people in at 0130 for midnight appointments.
