Facility info
LOADING/UNLOADING TIMES Wait times are highly inconsistent and often excessive. Many reports of 4-9+ hours to load despite early arrival or on-time appointment. Some drivers report completion in 1-2 hours. Evening/night appointments appear slower. Drop & hook loads sometimes converted to live loads unexpectedly, extending wait time significantly. APPOINTMENT SCHEDULING Arrive 2-3 hours before appointment time to improve door assignment timing. Some locations enforce hard cutoff (no shipping after 1:30pm on certain days). Load cancellations reported frequently. Assignment to dock can happen immediately or take hours even with early arrival. CHECK-IN & GATING Security/guard shack is primary complaint area. Frequent misdirection to wrong building side. Check-in process ranges from minutes to over an hour. GPS directions unreliable—follow facility signage instead (W. University Ave to Matis Ave). One guard reported as consistently rude and unprofessional; most guards described as friendly. FACILITY CONDITION & PARKING Overnight parking available but limited space. Yard is confusing layout even with map provided. Restrooms available at driver check-in and near shipping office, but cleanliness inconsistent—some reports describe as poor condition. Vending machines available. Plenty of dock space and easy backing once positioned. WEIGHT ISSUES On-site scales functional but inconsistent vs. CAT scales (typically 500-1000 lb difference on axles). Multiple reports of overweight loads that facility refuses to cut down to legal weight. One report: facility reworked load and made overweight situation worse. LOADING OPERATION Staff described as friendly and polite but reportedly understaffed. Multiple reports suggest minimal effort during off-peak hours (evenings/nights, Sundays). Loads sometimes not ready despite appointment time. No idling allowed on property. STAFFING & MANAGEMENT Friendly demeanor frequently noted but contradicted by slow pace and apparent indifference to driver schedules. Security staff highly variable—some excellent, one reported as hostile. Shipping office staff described as either "top notch" or dismissive/rude depending on reviewer. RECURRING ISSUES Weekend/evening appointments especially problematic Shift changes cause major delays -

Load was DnH when I arrived it wasn't ready because they had no empty trailers to load. Started off great, they put me in a door right away. I was in the dock for 10 hrs and they never touched my trailer. After 6 or 7 hrs I went to see what the hold up was. They had shift change and the prior shift never fully checked me in. Was told that I'd be next to be loaded. Ok fine. A few more hrs later after watching nunours trucks come in/ get a door, get loaded and leave. I refused the load and left. You may think all truckers need you but I don't need your business to make money. There are plenty of others out there. I will never accept another load from this kraft. I've pulled plenty of kraft loads and have never had my time wasted like that before.
My appointment at 8:30 , checked in at 7am , out at 8:12 . Can’t ask for more . 5 star from me . Overnight parking right before security gate .
This place used to be great. Idk what changed in 2026 but the last few visits have been a nightmare. What was supposed to be a drop and hook today has turned into an 8 hour live load… and I still don’t have my paperwork. Nightmare.
Nice people. Got me in and out quickly!
Disgusting!!! I’ll never, ever come here again. Pick up appointment at 2:30 pm. It’s 8:30 pm and still on the door. They started loading my truck at 4:30 pm, one palet every 20-30 minutes. Unbelievable 💩!
