Facility info
Gate opens 2030, check-in from 2030 onward. Appointments strictly enforced — don't arrive more than 1 hour early or you'll be turned away and must reschedule. Must check in within 30 minutes of appointment time or face rescheduling. Warehouse unloading hours roughly 0300–0530 Sunday–Thursday. Friday nights / Saturday operations unclear from reviews — verify ahead. Live unload only. Drop and hook not available. Check-in procedure: get printed instructions from guard, stage in designated area, call number on sheet with PO, receive door assignment, back to door, check in at window, proceed to Capstone Logistics window, complete unload, return for paperwork / BOL stamp before exit. Door wait times highly variable. Range: 15 minutes to 3+ hours after check-in. No consistent pattern. Some loads unloaded in 40 minutes; others sit 5–8 hours for partial loads. Lumper service through Capstone Logistics (e-pay). Fees typically $50–$300+ per load. Unloading speed inconsistent — 40 minutes to 8 hours reported for same volume. Multiple reviews cite slow Capstone performance. No overnight parking on-site before unload completion. After unload, can stage on yard until 0600. Nearest truck stop (Road Ranger) ~5 miles; Pilot ~30 miles. If arriving early: queue on street in center turning lane starting around 2030 if you need to stage before appointment. Restrooms available upstairs; cell signal spotty but facility has tower on roof. Staff attitude mixed. Guard shack reception varies — some helpful, some reported as rude or dismissive. Receiving office mostly professional; occasional instances of poor attitude noted. Generally friendly during smooth transactions. Parking lot has ample space for maneuvering and staging once inside. Facility clean and organized; no odor issues noted. P&G loads: agreement covers unload in under 2 hours. Specialty product notes: dry warehouse doesn't staff until 0300 (can be turned away if earlier appointment). Frozen loads acceptable. Pay attention to dock assignment — don't

This one is good to me nice people inside I pick up here very quickly loaded
Check in with guardshack, the woman @the gate doesn’t like to get out of her chair so you gotta reach extra extra long to get her your paperwork. Once parked, walk your paperwork into🚪53. Was in bullpen area to the right of the gate for two hours before getting my call which was an hour and a half after appointment. Once on the door, I was out in 20 minutes with lumper fee, paid and paperwork in hand.<br>P.S. gate lady even wrote down that of my reefer temperature just out of the blue I told her -20 as she couldn’t see what the actual display showed and should’ve been sitting at -13 at that current point on my stamp that she wrote, she said my actual temp was at -10 in the set was at -9. Oh by the way, her initials are JT.

The reviews said that this place has 24 hr parking. I showed up 2pm for my 11pm apt. and could not park onsite. However, there is a QT 5 mins from super value. Check in starts at 8:30 pm for deliveries.
