Appointment only — strictly enforced. Don't arrive early unless you want to wait. Show up within 15 mins of appointment time. Check-in at guard shack — guard consistently described as friendly and professional. Quick process. Dock assignment — varies wildly. Some get doors immediately, others wait hours in staging area before being called. Unload speed — when actually at dock: typically 20-45 mins. But getting to dock is the problem. Wait times — this is the main issue. Some drivers report 2-4 hours waiting for dock. Worst cases: 8-11 hours total. Others claim in/out in under an hour. Inconsistency is extreme. Live load — appears to be live load operation. Pulling orders as they go may contribute to delays. No overnight parking — Loves truck stop 1-2 miles away. Dock 69/70 — tight backing situation, especially dock 70. Requires careful approach. Door 70 mentioned as particularly problematic. Facility conditions — yard adequate. Only porta-potties available once on yard (no indoor bathrooms). Hot and uncomfortable during wait times. Staff attitude — gate guards consistently friendly.
