Facility info

APPOINTMENTS MANDATORY Strictly by-appointment only. Will turn you away if you arrive early—even 30 minutes ahead. Must arrive at or near exact appointment time to be accepted. LOAD/UNLOAD TIMES: HIGHLY VARIABLE Range from 40 minutes to 6+ hours. Some drivers report smooth 1-hour turnarounds; others cite 3-5 hour waits. Inconsistency appears tied to load complexity, dock availability (only 3 doors), and staff on duty that day. CHECK-IN & OPERATIONS Check-in typically 15-40 minutes. Facility has on-site scale. If load is overweight, must leave, get CAT scale ticket, return for reloading—adds significant time. Trailers get swept out. Pallet loads move/settle during transit—facility uses cardboard/single-layer plastic bracing (may not be adequate for small palletized items). OFFICE STAFF Mixed reports. Some staff (named specifically by satisfied drivers) are friendly and efficient. Reception area can be slow and dismissive—staff sometimes ignore waiting drivers. One consistent complaint: receptionist/entrance staff can be rude and impatient, particularly about early arrivals. WAREHOUSE/DOCK CREW Generally competent and pleasant. Will work with loads if supervisors are involved. Quality of loading varies—watch how they load you, especially heavy freight. PARKING & FACILITIES Overnight lodging ~1.5 hours away. Limited overnight amenities at facility. BOTTOM LINE Unpredictable experience. Hit-or-miss depending on timing, specific staff, and load type. Plan extra hours. Arrive exactly on time.

They don’t let you in early, only exactly appointment time. The woman at the entrance always angry and very rude. So good luck with her.

nice folks from the guard shack to the loaders. appointment only. don't try and come early. they have a scale on site and it is accurate. you must do the math though as it just does totals. the reason for 3 stars : if you're heavy, you have to leave and get a cat scale ticket, come back and get reworked. I had a young guy as my loader. the first load was less than an hour, but the rework needed a supervisor to show the young man how to load the trailer. about 3 hours total... I'd give them another chance because everyone was so nice. just keep an eye on how they load you. I knew by looking, the way 42k was loaded wasn't going to work.
