Facility info
Check-in & appointments: Tablet check-in required — have your 6-digit pickup # (starts with 19) ready. Early arrivals generally accommodated if facility isn't busy, but scheduled appointments take priority. No-show for late arrivals noted in at least one review. Load times: Consistently fast — most loads 11-45 minutes. Multiple reports of early loading, sometimes hours ahead of appointment. Operations: Live load facility. Can accommodate rush/work-in loads same day. Parking & facilities: No overnight parking. No restrooms or vending machines available. Dock access tight when busy. Staff: Mixed experiences. Majority of reviews report friendly, helpful staff willing to work with drivers. One serious incident reported involving hostile, unprofessional employee behavior and profanity. One additional report of dismissive, disrespectful treatment from management regarding personal property security. Bottom line: Fast operation with generally positive staff interactions, but consistency issues with professionalism and respect from some personnel. Facility not suitable for overnight stays.

If I have the option to get 10 star I wll do.
Very friendly staff. The girls at the shipping office and the warehouse are very nice.
I’m arrived almost 4 pm, my appt was 3 pm. And they loaded and give me the ppw in less than 20 min.
Awesome.
Thanks girls (MH)
Friendly staff, Fast loading (30 minutes). No restrooms or vending machines available and no overnight parking permitted. Its a little tight to get into docks when they are busy. I checked in 7 hours ahead of appointment and had no issues. They said if they aren't busy they will take you early, BUT appointments come first.
Fast loading. Ok people. Nice to chat with other drivers.
