Facility info

Operations Opens 6:00 am for check-in. First-come, first-serve dock assignment (doors 10-18). Back into available door, then check in at door 1 with paperwork. No appointment scheduling mentioned. Unload times: Mixed results Some report fast unloading (under 30 min once work starts, some completed ahead of schedule). Others report significant delays—3+ hour waits before unload begins, slow worker pace, hour+ to get paperwork signed. Receiving speed appears inconsistent. Facility experience No overnight parking. Clean restroom available. Staff attitude ranges from very helpful and friendly to reports of rudeness and disrespect. Warehouse conditions noted as cramped with poor social distancing. Yard conditions not detailed. Other notes Reefer drivers should budget for extended idle time given reported delays. Facility appears to be produce/fresh goods oriented. One review indicates possible location change—verify current address before arrival.
