APPOINTMENTS Appointment only — no exceptions. Don't show up early; can't check in more than 30 minutes prior. Load number required (4 digits + 1 letter, example: 1234A). Call broker ahead if you don't have it or you'll wait 3-4 hours minimum. LOAD/UNLOAD Live load and drop operations. Load times wildly inconsistent — ranges from under 30 minutes to 4+ hours. Some drivers report fast turnarounds (in/out under 1 hour), others report 2-3 hour standard waits and longer. Quality control issues noted: overweight loads, damaged products, order mix-ups common. Check-in process scattered across multiple buildings — expect confusion first visit. CHECK-IN PROCEDURE Main driver check-in at Building #2 (glass-front building on the hill). Non-hazmat loads can check in earlier at Building 9. Have all paperwork ready before checking in. Some loads require second check-in at Building 9 for dock assignment. Unloading stops at 1 pm. FACILITY Overnight parking available — roughly 8-10 spaces outside/near gate, limited capacity. Clean restrooms. Free coffee for drivers.
