APPOINTMENT SCHEDULING Strict appointment-only facility. Do not arrive more than one hour early—you'll be turned away. Reefer operations: 12am-6am. Dry van: 7am-3pm. Freezer: 6pm-1am. Check-in exactly one hour before your appointment to ensure dock assignment. Arrive early and you may wait hours for your actual appointment time. Some reports of brokers providing incorrect appointment times—verify independently. UNLOAD TIMES Highly variable. Fast unloads reported at 20-45 minutes. Slow unloads regularly 3-5+ hours. Multiple complaints about rude, dismissive receiving staff and security guards—particularly noted: disrespectful language toward drivers, contempt for profession, lack of professionalism during night shifts. Several positive reports of friendly, helpful staff during day shifts. Quality appears to depend on shift and individual employee.
