I had an appointment at 9:00 AM, and it’s now 2:00 PM. I’m still waiting to be loaded with no clear communication or sense of urgency. This place has absolutely no respect for truck drivers’ time. We have schedules to keep, hours of service to manage, and long distances to drive. Making drivers wait for hours without proper updates is unacceptable. I would not recommend delivering or picking up freight here if you can avoid it
Привет👋. Принцип FCFC в этом месте обычный. Правда в Google режим работы до 17 часов , но вы должны успеть до 15:30. А еще лучше до 15:00. Иначе не возьмут на разгрузку. Вчера я не успел. Пытался регистрироваться через Интерком. Но не проходил номер. Даже охранник смотрел в документы , чуть глаза не проглядел. Так же и диспетчер выслал всё , что можно , но безрезультатно. Видно они отключают , чтоли , это все при завершении рабочего дня. ( На входе висит знак с правилами. Нужна защитная амуниция. Но никто не заставляет это всё одевать.) Сегодня утром приехал к 7 утра. Один грузовик уже стоит в доке на деливери. Шлагбаум открыт, охранник сказал , что не нужно лезть в Интерком. Сам меня зарегистрировал в своем киоске. Дальше просто заезд на территорию и парковка справа возле маленьких складов. Да, оставайся в грузовике. Они сами должны подойти к вам и забрать документы. Прошло три часа. Никакого движения. За мной уже выстроилась очередь из новых грузовиков. 🚛🚛🚛🚛. Наверное сегодня нам всем не повезло с разгрузочными работниками. К сожалению так бывает. НОЧНОЙ ПАРКОВКИ НЕТ ! Рядом отличный паркинг “one9 & Terrible's”. Напишу сколько заняла разгрузка 🚚позже. Самому интересно🤔<br>Итог: check in 7:10 am - check out 11:00 am.

🚨Attention drivers : FYI<br>One star. Drivers be careful if you are getting loaded with drywall sheetrock here. Do not accept more than 17 or maximum 18 pallets. They will try to load 19 pallets and you will end up overweight around 83,420+ pounds. With 17 pallets you will be around 77,860 pounds which is safe. They do not care about driver weight limits, so protect yourself.
White dust everywhere! Receiving is m-f 7:00-15:30 fcfs. But the appointment is still needed. They won't unload before the appointment date, if they don't feel like unloading. Guards at the entrance are checking in with no problems.<br>Unloading of 7 rolls of paper took 75 minutes.<br>Receiving unloading personnel is very rude and disrespectful.
