Unloading is fast, but paperwork processing creates 4–9 hour waits regularly. Come on appointment only. Bring food, patience, and low expectations.

I would give 0 stars of it was possible!! This place is absolutely a joke believe all the bad reviews. Arrived at 6p.m for delivery and was finally unloaded after 31 hours. people here don't want to even listen to you. Very very rude staff only one person was nice i don't know his name but he was nice guy. If you are a driver coming here . Try to never come here.
They only checkin 30 minutes before appointment and there is big parking space on the curve

Employees need more training. Wait time was absolutely ridiculous. We were there for 5 hours.
